What if... Steve Rogers (Captain America) returned the infinity stones, but had a problem on the way making him choose to go back to the present right away instead of living his normal happy life next to Peggy Carter?

  Riley, a young lady who changes Steve's perception of love after all the years of sadness he had to go through after Endgame, is able to meet him thanks to the alternative timeline he created over his most difficult choice. To return with the same age instead of growing old with Peggy. Riley joins S.H.I.E.L.D. while secretly being an inhuman. What she did not know, was all the pain she'd cause to those she loves with her secret. 

That is not the end of this multiverse timeline made out of Steve's choice. Anything can happen from different events to characters.

Life is made of choices, and everyone will have to make theirs.

From love interests to fights, at the end of the day, they will always be Rising.
