In this timeline, Izuku Midoriya was born with the Gum Gum quirk, which allows him to stretch and blow up his body at will. In the beginning, he thinks it's useless until he reads a manga called Two Piece. When he read it, he realised that the main character had a similar power to him and then drew inspiration from it. Unfortunately, the mangaka had to put the book on hold due to it not selling but little did he know, he gave the future number one hero inspiration. In a world full of quirks Izuku Midoriya is part of the 2 percent that don't have quirks, after being constantly bullied by his childhood " friend" Midoriya is pushed to prove he can be a hero. After following All Might Midoriya is caught in an accident that changes his life forever. However despite the setback Midoriya still persist to prove he can be a hero. Don't want to reveal to much but from the cover you can probably guess. I don't own My Hero Academia it belongs to Kohei Horikoshi.
Izuku Midoriya: the truest hero of all time.
Izuku Midoriya formerly izuku yagi had a good life up until he was diagnosed quirkless. He was neglected and beaten by his own (all might, magnetic and Izumi) family and (1A) friends. Over the years izuku learn how to defend himself in private, read comics from before quirks were around and learning about heroes quirks. One day, while izuku is running away from his tormentors, he runs into the forest to lose them. After he does he realizes he's lost and then he sees a meteor coming towards him. After it crashes izuku feels like it's calling to him, he goes near it and almost in an instant he feels a sudden surge of power and strength he never felt before. Now with these new abilities he will become the next number one hero and symbol of hope.

Izuku Mugen, formally Yagi never had a happy life. His father, Hisashi Midoriya, died before he was born. His mother, Inko(Xtreme) married Toshinori Yagi(All Might) and had a daughter called Izumi. He smiled with his sister, but that was until they reach 4. Izumi had her mother Quirk, while he was quikless. His mother, step father, his sister, along with her friends(1A) started to bully him. The only ones who care for him were Enji, Rei, Fuyumi, Touya, Natsuo, Shota, Emi, Gran Torino, Recovery Girl, Hizashi Yamada, Nighteye, Nemuri and 1A parents. One day he couldn't taken anymore and run away from his tormentors, but got kidnapped by Doctor Eggman at the age of 12. For 2 years he experimented on Izuku, turning him into a weapon. Izuku managed to escape, but didn't kill Eggman. He forgive him after he learn why he becomes like this. Now, Izuku Mugen became The Vigiliante Infinite and unleashed his power on Villains and fake Heroes that are only for money and fame.Concluida

This my first fanfic and description sorry if terrible: After Quirks first appeared changing the world were superheroes and supervillains exist, people noticed that only females had quirks and males did not leading to males dying out. And after a century males only making up about 5% of the remaining population with our MC Izuku Yagi being one of them and having a dream of being the first ever male hero to spite the people who did not believe in him, the bullies that hurt him and his old family who neglected and abused him.
