Y/N had known Andy and the boys for basically her entire life, but what happens when she starts to feel certain emotions towards him? 

In a world where unrequited love brings forth a fatal disease, a disease causing flowers to bloom in the lungs. As the flowers bloom the victim finds themselves coughing up petals, and soon full flowers. There is no cure, other than a surgery in with the flowers can be removed; but it's dangerous, after the surgery it is said that the victim of this disease will never love again...

When Y/N finds herself coughing up blood and soon even white petals, she covers it and hides the pain in her chest that she knows is caused by the Hanahaki. But what if someone finds out the truth? Will she tell him how much she truly cares, get the surgery or will she let this disease kill her?
