Cinder is beginning to doubt his worthiness to her grand master plan, but sees it worth her while to provide him with another chance. To help his success rate she has appointed Neo; a small, female mute who is more than capable, as his partner/bodyguard.

Torchwick is outraged at the idea of working with someone else, especially a tiny petite female that looks like Ice cream! However he is about to learn that there is more to Neo than meets the eye.
