Birds of a Feather

Raven is, was, and always will be a lone wolf. At least, that is what she tells herself. No one would understand her, no one would accept her flock. Being blessed with a strange power is not always a good thing... but she lives with it. With the ability to understand and communicate with birds on an emotional level, she never expects anyone to think if her as normal--in fact, she is considered what one would call a "weirdo". So when a handsome stranger seeking a purpose travels with her, it's hard to ignore the fact that he looks at her as if she is normal. Although she suspects that is not all that is in his eyes...

Alex is a wanderer. He is constantly travelling, always looking for... what, he does not know yet. He just knows he cannot go back to where he came from.
