I guess it happened when I was a kid, I was an atheist and so was everyone else - our world was falling apart and God did nothing to salvage our situation so eventually he vanished from our world which pissed him off, so he did the one thing we couldn't...he merged our world with hell, then after a few years - demons became a normal part of our everyday lives. Sucubi, incubui, imps, all of them just walking around tormenting us like god wanted but then something else happened...they got bored and so did we, but that was a few years back and no ones heard from God since...

The Three Factions of Fallen Angels, Angels and Devils, were at war for over a millennia, neither side giving way, each side fighting to preserve their pride. These were the Incubi and Succubi races, and with the many, many, MANY 'services' they can provide to all 7 billion residents on Earth, they were and are incredibly financially stable, allowing the future generations of their race to exist in luxury, with many wealthy families existing in almost every country in the world. At the head of all of these families is the King of the Incubus Race, Thaddeus Valeron, and the Queen of the Succubus Race, Chihara Valeron. These two were married almost instantly after they came of age, there were no objections, no second thoughts, and honestly it just made sense. While Gabriel Martinez lived a relatively normal life in a good job position as a librarian, he never really accepted his almost sealed fate, to marry a woman and have children as soon as possible. Stuck in an old brothel for over a decade, hiding his eyes and praying for just one more night, that he wouldn't end up dead was all he could ever remember and all that was left to him. He was in need of a breath for so many years. Yet he could never use a chance due to his aching limbs and his lacking social skills. The longer it took, the more he lost. Being restricted and socially outcasted was never how they'd planned their lives to be. But being gay men and foreingners in postwar America left them no choice but to stay behind closed doors and making sure that nobody would ever find out about their sexuality, making sure that no rumors could ever make it far. Both of them needed a breif pause. Even if it would only be short lived. This story explores the fears and the lives of two gay, fictional characters in the 1960's and a relationship between diffrent cultures and classes within a restrictive system, that believes they shouldn't exist.
