Without warning, his mouth is on mine. He kisses me roughly. His hands are on the back of my neck, holding me in place. For a moment, I was frozen, unsure of whether I wanted to push him away or kiss him back. Since I was not in control of my body around him, I kissed him back hard. For as long as I can remember, the world that we live in now is ruled by vampires. Humans were looked down upon and treated like nothing but trash. Anyone that broke that specific rule had to face the king of all vampires himself, and trust me you do not want to face the king. The stories I've heard still give me nightmares...
