War of the Middle Age

A story where it takes place in the Medieval times (of course), the species were at peace, until a ruthless Demon King named Lord Drake. Drake has terrorized villages, towns, cities, and even kingdoms, he has caused suspicion upon Man and Elves. And ever since, they have been at war with each other, it was a free-for-all. This has been called the War of the Middle Age. And this war has been going on for 126 years. And in that time, Orcs, Goblins, Werewolves, and Trolls have run rampant. Drake's army consists of only an ancient species called the Ether. They have red skin, pitch-black eyes, and are 6-feet tall.

A man, named Xane Alkisis. Xane was trained by his uncle, a former General, in the art of combat. He chose to join the Athalen army when he was only 16, where he received more rigorous training. He met many high-ranking superiors who recognized his last name and knew his uncle. He finally was a real soldier when he was 20. He went rogue. What will Xane's role in this war be?
