"I had a dream. I dreamt about your eyes Nico. I don't understand..." Was all Will could say before the bell for class rung.
They were in high-school, and the newfound information had Nico's head spinning. He'd only heard stories of others finding their soulmates.
Both boys were confused. They didn't know what to do. Nico didn't believe, that is until that night when he found a little sun connected to a small moon by a red sting of color. The color wasn't the surprise, the drawing was.

In this society, everyone has a soulmate. And the way to find yours is just look. Along with a soulmate, everyone has a small tattoo on their cheek with a symbol. Some could be a star, a flower, a yinyang, a fish, or even waves. There are so many people that the symbols are almost limitless. The tattoos don't care about gender or number. There could be gay matches, and there could even be polyamorous matches. The tattoos will tingle when you are near to your sm. And they will glow if you have found only one of your sm's if your match was poly. The trick is, you don't get the tattoo until you are 16.
