A teenage girl named Reyne comes home from her party to find her mother dead. She is then sent to live in an orphanage where her and her orphan friends stumble apon an ancient looking chest with weird looking symbols on it in the woods.
"Open it," an eerie voice whispered. I kicked the rusted chains off the chest and nothing happened for a while when suddenly the chest busted open and a shadowy creature rose out of it.
The monster convinced her she could trust it. If only she knew the first rule in the book; never trust an inhumane entity.
