"Derek please, she's only a child!" Her mother pleaded . SLAP "You dare talk back to me? You useless excuse for a mother ? Teach your damn kids some manners" Her father yelled at the woman writhing in pain on the ground beneath him. "I'm sorry ! She'll never do it again. So Please forgive us!" She pleaded from ground not daring to look at him . "She'll never do it again huh? " he says as he grabs her neck forcing her head up to meet his. "You Better make sure she doesn't or the next time I won't just be slapping you" he says as he drops her to the ground . She immediately crawls to her daughter and grabs face checking for injuries . "Are you okay Luna? Promise me you'll never do something like that ever again !" ----- Luna Harvey grew up in an abusive household . Over time she gradually became what people would call soulless person. She no longer felt emotions and was very hollow inside. One day Luna did something terrible. Her mother , Iris, wanting her daughter took the blame for it . Rumors began circulating about what she had done . Her mother was taken from away from her leaving her homeless . She was fourteen at the time living on the streets , starving she roamed the streets night and day until she met her knight in shining armor. This knight brought Luna to another country away from all the rumors and horrid memories . Luna, now sixteen years old ,is about to start a new life at a new school.
