Given to Hydra at a young age by her parents Delilah Harris was experimented on in an attempt to recreate the Super Soldier Formula used on Steve Rogers. A few years after the initial serum injection there was a surge of power at the Hydra base Delilah was held at causing strange powers to awaken in her. Due to these powers, she was trained rigorously by Hydra and partnered up with the Winter Soldier to carry out their plans. From Hydra weapon to Avenger follow Delilah's journey towards good and happier life with those who are closest to her.
