A oneshot/preview of my upcoming story 13 Reasons to Survive. This is a snippet from a later chapter that is still very much subject to change, but I thought I'd put this out there to test the waters, and see if you guys are interested in seeing this come to fruition. Summary: Liberty High was your average high school, and Hannah Baker was your average high school student. She had aspirations, dreams, and now love in the form of her best friend Clay Jensen. Despite nasty rumors flying around, Hannah was ready for whatever life deemed fit to throw at her. Then the meteors fell. Life hasn't been the same since. People are disappearing, and strange shapes are rumored to be seen lurking in the city streets. For Hannah, Clay and their friends, life just got a lot more interesting, and deadly.

Joshler Moments
Joshler moments, each chapter will be inspired by a song. This is a good place for me if I get ideas I might turn into stories, or if I have writers block, and you guys get some Joshler. I'm a realistic shipper, so there might be some sad ones. I was gonna call it One Shots, but I don't actually know what those are, so I renamed it to moments because they're different for every chapter. If I had to have an underlying theme, it would be the tension between their circumstantial obstacles and their feelings for each other. A little prose. Rylan flinches when Blake's hand makes contact with her skin. "I enjoy taking what I can't have, especially when it's a challenge. I want what I want. Are you really so stupid that you think you're better than me--that you have a say in what goes on in my classroom?" Mr. Quinn asks in a deep, menacing voice. Mr. Quinn presses his face closer to Rylan's so she has to turn her head to escape his hot breath. He lets go of her left arm and grabs her chin roughly, forcing her to look at him. "I. abhor. you. As long as you are open minded and bent, then please allow me to welcome you in this category of rainbow world. FYI. Y/n L/n was a normal girl living a normal life. She's got a group of amazing friends including Justin Foley, Jessica Davis, and Alex Standall. She's also got a strong relationship with the one and only Zach Dempsey. Everything was great, until Liberty High faces a tragedy. When Hannah Baker killed herself, she sent out a set of 13 tapes, each one going over one of the reasons why she ended her life. Except they aren't reasons. They're people. And each one of them is sent the tapes to listen to, including Y/n. Things take a turn for the worse when Clay Jensen receives the tapes and threatens to release them to the public, and from there, Y/n's life takes a turn for the worse. Will Y/n be able to navigate the dramas of high school and the tapes at the same time? Or will her life fall apart because of the death of Hannah Baker?
