This story also takes place in an AU (Alternate Universe) where James and Lily survived the attack from Voldemort, and they killed him off. Also, Sirius was never sent to Azkaban. Peter Pettigrew was sent instead because he gave the Potters location away. 

(Yes, the horocruxes were destroyed, and Harry was never made a horocrux.)
