Before Thor was worthy, and before Loki's schemes stretched past pissing off his brother, there was peace in the nine realms. During this time, Loki found a kindred spirit in a servant girl named Althea. Her parents were fierce warriors who died in battle, so the queen of Asgard took pitty on her. She allowed her to live in the castle with the other servants. Althea finds herself running into the god of mischief quite often. She learns that he is not simply an arrogant prince, and Loki finds there is more beneathe the surface of the seemingly timid servant girl.
