How did I get here? Wait scratch that, why am I here? I'm pretty sure I died, so why the hell am I a baby?!! Akari Ito, a fifteen year old girl who was born with incurable heart disease. When Akari dies due to her heart giving out all she can see is pitch black darkness. So when she wakes up imagine her surprise when she realizes she's in the Naruto world as a newborn infant. Akari Ito was a failure but Mitsuko Hyuga-Uchiha will be a success, this is my story.

This is my 1st story :D well technically the 2nd but... Summary Below: A simple fantasy of a young boy wanting to have the powers of a Naruto character leads to an unwavering passion that leads him to pursue that as his dream.
