The 'Swan Song Synthesis' is the process of creation, be it art, music, writing, or whatever, beginning with the rush to grasp or 'bottle' a thought / memory or dream before it vanishes forever.
The drive to create becoming an absolute necessity as after a while instead of needing to 'catch' them, they start to become real independently and rush in, demanding constant access to the physical world, causing a tidal wave which forever 'blends' the subconscious with the conscious, the physical with the metaphysical, as easily as mixing 2 colours on a palette.
The need to let it all in, as the 'hyper - wired dominion' or human vessel 'attracts' it, then trying to push it out into the physical world, in spite of the inadequacy of the somatic state to keep up with the 'light energy' constantly rushing through.
It is creation saying goodbye to eternity / infinity for a short while, to enter here and manifest in physical form, to exist in man - made time, in the same way that all life does.

That's what I like to call it. The fault to my genetic code. More often than not, it's a curse. The static running through my blood gave me a name. A cruel, daunting label of a measly bug. A roach. That's what I am to them, to the government. Roach; the nameless monster with electricity for a sense and lightening as a second nature. It ruined my life, the sparking currents playing tag in my mind, running around and bumping into everything, shaking me loose. The government, actually. They ruined my life. My curse just gave them a reason. You see, the normal population with ordinary DNA, they don't know about the people like me. The roaches of the world. We don't get that kind of recognition at the camps. There, we are only one thing in the military's eyes. We are weapons and we will act like it. Everyone else out there, bathing in the goodness they don't know they've got, they don't know about the roaches their stepping on. As long as their getting closer to the sky, they don't care what they stand on to reach it. They don't know about the sparkling dreamer that's killed 7 people before her 17th birthday. They don't about the ghost of a girl peaking around corners for her entire life because even home wasn't safe. They don't know about the fighter of steel and iron sucking on his bloody lip courtesy of the wars he battles in as nothing but a shadow. They don't know about the masked villain who would do anything to see the army they lead claim the throne They don't know about us. But they will, because we will rise. This is a collection of my writing from the past 7 years. Before I started to write, I was a very lost individual, as are most teens, but I was lost in darkness. I was too afraid to move anywhere at all. I hid in the dark, debilitated by my own anxiety, sadnesses, anger, and hopelessness. I was desperate to be loved and feared it the most, I was a coward, I was self-destructive, I would mentally bend my thoughts to the point of bordering insanity. I was born into this world alone, and got too comfortable with it. Maybe I still am, but a fraction of what I used to be. This writing is extremely vulnerable, and potentially disturbing to others, as all my weaknesses, strengths, obsessions with making every moment sentimental, the sickening desperation I've had, the destructiveness, and the constant brutal reconstruction of my mind. Without guidance, it's been absolute intense chaos. Though, there is beauty in the darkness. Everything can be found in the darkness. You'll find that through my writing, I've somehow slowly become exactly what I've written. A living representation of my writing and what I wanted to be. Without myself even knowing it. A lot of my writing themes are based around nature, or some kind of natural aspect. The imagery I paint with natural metaphors is constant, the animals, just like you and I, the plants, and all other living things. I planted these seeds in my mind, unknowingly at the time, where I now feel the deep dark green jungle pressing at the inner walls of my skull. It's all that I want to consume my mind. There's so much to learn. The magic of nature, and it's infinite wisdom. It's as if I have been on this path all along, and I didn't even know what I was doing, yet my body and mind were passively taking care of me. Giving me and eventually showing exactly what I want, and wanted to become. I have every moment, every instance of suffering, and every epiphany to be thankful for. Soon, I'll be at peace from the raging storm.Complete

METAMORPHOSIS
If you have to take drastic action to solve a problem, you have to do something basic and extreme to solve it. **** The scientific term metamorphosis isn't something that pertains to physical change alone. It goes deeper than that. "Like how deep?" You might be wondering. Well, it can go in immensely deep. To the point were...A person. One you've grown to know right from childhood. For practically ALL YOUR LIFE. Probably as well as the back of your hand. To seem...entirely different! From what they used to be. Or rather, who you thought they truly were. Then again! I believe it only goes to show us the full spectrum of human behavior. It reveals something quietly laiden within ourselves. Our TRUE selves. So reason deeply, and tell me, What do you believe? **** "Er..I believe that...the term, holds a certain kind of eminence. N'that, whomever we are, be us young or old, everyone, everywhere! is susceptible to equal, unparalleled change! Besides, don't the most beautiful things come from the most unlikely places?" **** Everyone has their own views and opinions. Still, they all seem to forget the most important thing. They forget that CHANGES can be for good, AND for bad. It can bring the beautiful AND the ugly. It can pave a path of light OR darkness. Just because a chrysalis is breaking open, that doesn't mean a magical butterfly is gonna come fluttering out! These people FORGET! That moths? They go through the same stages too. But you? Do you believe people do change? Or are you under the impression that they don't? Or...is it the changes people can go through that is hard to believe? Yet again Darkness is hungry for a war to end it all, but Light will always have troops at the ready. One girl. One kingdom. Eleven friends. Four Elements. No biggie. * I'm Melody, hybrid freak, nice to meet you, strange muggle who I know nothing about. I used to be like you, cluelessly ignorant and uninvolved with the outside world. You know, they have a big, yellow ball of gas in the sky. Weird. Anyway my life became something out of a bad Si-Fi movie, and no, Nicolas Cage isn't in it (sadly). There are two forces in the world, Light and Darkness, and when you side with Light, Darkness gets a stick up its ass and wants you to suffer. My friends and I, we roll with Light, you must know where that leads.... I have a kingdom to learn, powers to master, loud friends to keep in line, a boy that I'm messed up over, and above it all, Darkness to show whose boss. Not as easy as you might think, but this is MY story, and I know how it ends. Being a loyal follower of Light shows me the beauty in life and the devastation it can cause. Don't get me wrong, I love Light, but Darkness makes it hard to stay and fight. * Melody is weird. She's childish. She's awkward. And she's got boy issues she needs to work out. Mel will face evil like no other, but can she do it? Will the scales of Light and Darkness finally be tipped? How can one girl make a difference?
