The entire class 1-A, now class 3-A is in their final year and preparing to step foot in the hero world as young adults this time (and no longer as teenagers). 

Before they can do this, a new requirement is introduced in UA to all final year students. You need to partake in this or you will not be allowed to graduated and your hero license will be permanently terminated.
