Though he wasn't above going back to his New Yorker roots and complaining about the traffic, weather, or even the bus schedule. But one day, on top of the Oz. Corp Tower, Peter was getting beaten by the sinister 6, again, going through a terrible break up with M.J, again, and still trying to process the death of his mentor and aunt, before he ran out of web fluid just as he was trying to take out one of his sinister problems, he admits, he did complain a little bit. Now he was stuck in the middle of the cursed hell scape known as Gotham, trying to make a living again while working in a library ( He learned his lesson from delivering pizzas, and photography), getting chased by a bat related hero/vigilante/anti-hero family when in his hero attire (They needed help, so) and almost threatened to be adopted by a rich billionaire family when he's Peter Parker.

After his parents were killed and he was sent to live with his aunt and uncle his life got better, then his uncle was murdered and everything went downhill from there. Luckily he's got Tony as his undeclared pseudo father and the avengers who've taken him in as a part of their dangerous yet loving family.

However, an honest conversation between him and his friends reveals that maybe the heroes didn't see him the same way he saw them. From this, Peter finally gives up on holding together relations between Spider-Man and the other heroes, and finds things very different, but things get worse when a massive threat appears, forcing the world to rely on Spider-Man, and Spidey himself to rely on those who've broken his trust. Note: the main plot of this story is mainly inspired by the video game Batman: Arkham Knight. This is my first story with significant AI help, so if it gets goofy in the middle, I'll cut it out.
