Atherelle Zedi has been deprived by her parents of the choice to choose a path for herself. She was a slave to her parents' expectations, which she strived hard to meet in hopes of earning acceptance and recognition. During one of her most uncertain seasons, she met a boy in an online game called Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.

They remained strangers-which was bound only by screens and in-game names-yet somewhere between matches and late-night conversations, hidden feelings began to grow. They promised to meet one day, once they had both achieved their dreams. But a tragedy happened, and in its aftermath, she chose to cut off all contact with him.

Could fate be gentle enough to lead them back into each other's arms? Or was their love destined to exist only in the space between what was and what could have been?
