Lake County is a small town in the remote areas of Illinois, but this town has a creepy history. Since 1850 the towns children have been kidnapped and otherwise never seen again, while the parents are brutality murdered, no one has been linked to the crimes since the start of the first murder. Until a 5 year old is reported missing by his father, who was at work when the initial crime was committed, came home and saw his wife stabed several times in the chest and one of his twin son's missing. Then 5 hours of the child being missing, when he was found walking near a gas station covered in his own mother's blood, and zero injuries. The only thing that stood out on him, which he didn't have before the abduction, was a white mask with a bloody smile that supposedly belonged to the killer.
