Shiro Kiyama used to be a villain. Key words used to be. He escapes from America and gets to Japan hoping to heal himself. Instead he becomes a vigilante and re-enters the world he thought he'd escaped.

As he spends more time in Japan, he gets into more trouble than he thought he would, what with being chased down by villains, heroes and the media all alike. Not to mention his constant bickering with a boy with a fiery personality, fiery quirk and fiery passion. Things sure do get rather hectic.
