This book is in no way undermining the severity of depression as it is a real mental health issue that people need to be well informed about just like other mental issues.

The story in this book speaks about uncovering what High-functioning  depression looks like in our society and how to possibly deal with it. It in no way glorifies it nor in any way substitutes it as an answer to every problem that the average human being stumbles across. 

This is my own story.

 No medical citations or sources have been consulted. This is all merely a one person experience /encounter/incident report.

Why am I here? What is my purpose? What is the meaning of life? Why am I alive? It seems that since the dawn of time we have been asking ourselves this very question.
