Utopia. It's a beautiful place, with peaceful rivers and apartments dotting the realm. Lush greenery surrounds the city, keeping outsiders away from it. The weather is sunny all year round, yet not too hot. Holidays are long, and parties are extravagant. This Utopia, one of the most alluring cities around. However, there is more than meets the eye in this seemingly perfect city. Feelings are non-existent among the adults, a result of the experiments done on them by idealist Marcus Blayne, who rules Utopia with an iron grip. Together, four misfits from all ages and levels of society must band together if they ever want to bring peace, harmony and feelings back to the city.
