It was just a week after Ivy turned 24 that she got the call about a position she applied for months ago. She did it on a whim, just desperate for something different than her life in Missouri. She had no details whatsoever, just the need for a traveling personal stylist with all expenses paid. Regardless of her already having a job, she needed an escape from her life now, nothing was left for her here. With no other details given, She decided to give the number a call back. No hesitation. T/W with drugs, abuse, harassment. Some chapters are directed towards a mature audience. Nothing can be worse than her now, past life.

Avery Eden- a highly restricted high school student, counting down the seconds to her freedom at college. A new state, new city, new school, new her. She had been planning this since the day her sister came home and everything changed. 4 years of planning and preparing. 4 years of missing out on every possible teenage experience. And she would get to bask in their glory so soon. College had to be a dream come true. Avery was not going to let her parents destroy her final teenage year with her rules, spinning her life on it's head to make sure she could do everything she'd missed out on in high school. One childhood crush that never gets resolved, one heartbreaker boy, one waste of space. Maybe dating isn't all it was cut out to be. Follow Avery on her journey through the first few months of freedom. Maybe it'll work out. Maybe it'll end in disaster. The thing about being young is you don't know unless you try.
