Dream is dead. He's actually gone. No one knows what really happened when he dragged Tommy away, they just know that there was two kills in the feed, and Dream was gone.

They begin to heal, to rebuild. The fear it ebbed away. But Tommy has been different. Working himself to the bone to distract himself from something, and he won't talk about how he was able to actually kill Dream. He puts on a brave face, but that's all it is. Tubbo knows he's not sleeping. Everyone loves the extra help the kid is always offering, but it's weird because he's still the loud kid they all love but he's not acting like himself. They worry, but they give him space. Maybe time is the only thing he needs.

Time however seems to finally come to end, and one day Tommy packs up, and he leaves. He refuses to be stopped, or explain he just tells Tubbo he'll come back, and walks off into the woods, a compass in hand. . .

(I guess?? Basically if Tommy never betrayed Technoblade. Basically inspired by a lot of stories similar to this. Anyway here's the actual description below ⬇️) Exile. One of the worst things that happened to Tommy and believe me, loads of bad things has happened to him. But being stuck in a single place, far away from his friends and family and with a blob that has taken two of his canon lives and who may have plans of his own, has to be up there in Tommy's list of Worse Things that Has Happened to Me. So he ran away. Whether he snuck into Technoblade's house was intentional or not is honestly up in the air to debate. But when it came to it, Tommy had two choices. To stay with his supposed elder brother who is not dead or go back to the people who turned their backs on him. He picked the first choice. Now Tommy has to live with the fact that he and Tubbo may not be able to repair their friendship and that the country that he helped build is basically f*cked! But that is not the end of the story. Tommy and Tubbo are ghosts, but I changed the fundamentals of it, they aren't dead, they have some ghostly powers and rules, and they can switch back and forth, living to ghost.
