Bella Muerte (Medieval/ Frerard)

The king had always wanted Gerard to take the swords but he’d end up taking paint brushes instead. He’d want Gerard to be angry at people but all Gerard did was smile politely and apologized when needed. All that the king wanted was for the eldest prince to be strong and act like a man and when Gerard usually failed in doing that, the king would be in fury. Gerard wondered what would happen if he caught him with a sailor. "Not that Francis actually likes me." he thought when a voice startled him from behind. "I never said I don't, my lord."
