Aru was tortured by the Sleeper for a week. That may not seem very long to a normal human, but when your dad is pure evil, one week of having a sword to your neck is a long time. When she finally breaks free, she realized she only had one chance to end all misery for her friends. She had to kill the Sleeper. Or so she thought.
