There are two sides to humanity. One side is the people living normal lives, and the other is part of a rebellion against a race known as the Arcana.

The Arcana is a race of powerful beings that secretly rule the world under their king's rule.

When the recent king dies, the 21 major Arcana, beings that directly serve the king must vote which of his children becomes the next ruler.

However, when the leader of the Major arcana reveals a secret third child of the king, it becomes a war for the throne.
