Yes? Are you sure about that or are you just pretending to be? Maybe you're forcing yourself to believe you're okay.
It's okay not to be okay but it's not okay to stay that way. Don't torture yourself. Everybody feels down sometimes and there's nothing bad about that but you shouldn't stay that way. Help yourself. Don't let yourself drown. Maybe many people will help you but the greatest savior is you, yourself. Remember that.
