It's 1927 and the Roaring Twenties are in full swing. DC is the son of a powerful oil company owner, and is set to take over his father's business and fortune. Only he'd rather be out in the world, seeing the sights, meeting people, and living like a normal twenty-year-old. One night after a disastrous party, DC walks home and is nearly robbed, only to be saved by one of the most notorious gangs in New York.

The Lower 48 strike fear into the hearts of every state government; they're the best bootleggers in the country and are able to bring in more liquor then any other gang, putting a target on their backs. They come to New York after a deal gone wrong in the midwest and settle in for a quiet stay. Until they save a little rich kid from certain death....
