Being a weredog isn't as easy as some werewolves think.... Death is a high risk.. Camilla of the Noceda Family realizes this and takes herself and her daughter, Luz, to Bonesborough, a werewolf town.. Soon they're taken in by a werewolf named Eda, who isn't sworn to a pack. The wanted werewolf happily helps raise little Luz. Luz is now 17 and a weredog who has learned magic.. She doesn't know much about weredogs, but she doesn't care... But... Some Weredogs find this... Odd... and they have no idea 

Amity was born to the most powerful pack.. The Blight Pack... This pack is known for their magic and power.. Though Amity, falls hard for a certain weredog who has her own way of magic and is under the influence of Eda the Owl Lady.. To bad that the Owl Lady left her pack... Meaning this weredog was out of the question... Especially with a pack less and wanted criminal as her mentor...

David Algernon is a 15-year-old teenager who lived in Gravesfield, Connecticut with his widowed father William Algernon, who was a police investigator for the Gravesfield County Police Department without a mother. He grew up liking mythology and legendary creatures, including werewolves, when he described them as very loyal to the select few they accept into their circle and symbolized it as representing the duality of human beings as both animal and spiritual beings. Often without, friends and getting bullied in different schools, he met Luz when they were kids. Luz Noceda is a 14-year-old Afro-Dominican-American girl from Gravesfield, Connecticut and loves all things fantasy and magical, wanting to become a witch. Often feels as though she does not fit in, which accumulates into instilling a poor amount of self-worth when she directly or indirectly messes up and a strong desire to be seen as special and valued, and it's implied that her low self-esteem resulted in her obtaining a guilt and martyr complex. Her mother Camila Noceda is a veterinarian at the Gravesfield Animal Care Center and like William, she is a widow after her husband and William's best friend Manny died from an illness. Both parents become close to each other and taking care of their kids despite their dark past. As a werewolf, David's wolf name is Alpha and is abilities as a beast invulnerability to conventional harm because of their healing factor, superhuman speed and strength, and the capability to land on their feet after a steep fall.

Upholding the family image and living her life for everyone but herself. When would she get the chance to choose for herself? But change can come in many forms, and in pursuing it Amity gets it in both ways, good and bad. She couldn't believe it. Was this actually happening or was she dreaming? Luz looks at Amity again, obviously nervous. She doesn't seem to move, so Amity does instead. She cups Luz's face with her hands and gently brings her closer, pressing her lips against Luz's. The hybrid lets out a muffled squeak of surprise, but doesn't pull away or try to stop Amity. After a moment Amity releases Luz and covers her mouth with her hand, her cheeks tinted pink. Luz says nothing, and her ears lower, the tips of them red. "Wow." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Luz Clawthorne-Noceda had always lived in the demon realm along with Camila and Eda, her moms.
