On his daily runs he meets a lowly elderly man on a park bench. On their first meeting he sits down with the man for a break before he continues his run and discovers that the most eye opening realisations can come from talking to a complete stranger.
Set across 30 days, this story slowly unfolds the life stories of both the runner and the elderly man as they talk and converse in their unintentional meetings and reveal their personal struggles as they learn from each other compassion, humility and courage as well as acceptance in facing the inevitability of death.
