A duck who is also deku one of the super villain called the super duck *I had nothing else😁😁* and his quirk is pretty useless I mean at least he can turn cops into ducks than escape. Not really useless.

If you are quirkless, you will not only be treated very badly, but in some cases also hunted. Because of the blood. People with quirks have problems getting a blood donation. Someone with an animal quirk cannot donate or get any blood from another animal quirk that is not the same species or another quirk . A person with a fire quirk can only get or give blood from someone with a fire quirk. Blood loss is very dangerous only a quirkless person can donate blood to everyone and become blood from everyone.
