The story of the founding of SnowClan.
Snow's Fall is just a regular tribe cat, forced to keep all outer-tribe relations a secret due to the very strict rules of the tribal code, along with many other difficulties. A large threat already looming, a new one beginning its brooding, and suddenly a message from the Starteller about a destiny yet to be fulfilled. And soon, Snow's Fall is on the run from her past life along with her mate, venturing into a strange new land...a cold one.

This is my first attempt at writing about Warriors. The prologue is short, and chapters 1-3 will also be short. The rest will be longer.
NOTE: there is no allegiance in this book, that comes later

Nobody remembers the old clans. Instead, two new clans have been born from the ashes of the past: ColdClan, the sturdy and kind mountain dwellers, and HeatClan, the lithe cats living in the exposed plain below. For the previous year, the two clans have been in turmoil. StarClan has not sent any signs to either clan for as long as some can remember, and the threats of predators that each clan faces grow more intense with every passing heartbeat. Skypaw and Sunpaw, two sisters living in ColdClan, have found threats in those they thought they could trust. Their bond as siblings grows stronger with each day as those around them begin to betray them. But when four kits are born, two in ColdClan and two in HeatClan, the cats begin to think that StarClan still has hope for them. Can Skypaw and Sunpaw figure out the mystery surrounding their clan? Or will they succumb to the same fate as their ancestors; falling in the mountain lion's paws? Skyleap's kits are constantly being shunned by their clan-mates for being half-clan, and Sunstorm's terrified that she is not worthy of her medicine cat title when she doesn't treat an injured cat correctly. HeatClan are also suffering. Foxstar, their leader, is said to have been brutally murdered. The clan of course blame their mountain-cousins, but each ColdClan cat swears they had nothing to do with it. With the new leader, Cloudstar, fearing for his own life, cats in HeatClan get increasingly more frightened and anxious to make an attack. As the tension grows between the two clans, Sunstorm and Skyleap must help protect the clan they love from the latest threat yet, and discover Foxstar's killer before the mysterious cat strikes again.
