Cairo always had a birthmark on his wrist with the shape of number 3.

One night, he met a fatal accident.

It was a miracle that he woke up as he received a phone call from his best friend Lyra.

He then noticed something strange ---his birthmark changed shape! Into the number 2!

Will it take his birthmark another change before Cairo confesses to Lyra how he truly feels?
