A concept I thought of after Tommy's stream on March 1st, so spoilers for that stream.
CW: mentions of death, yelling, a lot of stuttering, and crying
It had been a week since Tommy was killed by Dream, only now did Ranboo find out the truth about the security issue. That he had been the cause of the security issue. In an attempt to protect those around him he ran away without even a word to anyone. Reasonably those closest to him begin to worry after not seeing him for a few days and go on an adventure to attempt to find him.
I would like to say that this is a non-ship fic, but I do lean into the platonic marriage bit, I do however mention that it's platonic nearly every time time I bring it up though.

Phil deserves a pay rise. Techno can't get some villains out of his hair, Wilbur seems certain that's because they were trained by his arch nemesis. Tommy just wants to know why his friends have a tendency for arson.
