A clone regains consciousness and finds himself in a sterile blank room guarded by soldiers who look just like him. Then he remembers that he is the clone formerly known as Hordak, and he is back with the glorious Horde Prime. His mission has been fulfilled on Etheria: he has everything he'd ever wanted.

So then why does he feel so empty?

This is book 2 in the No Turning Back trilogy. If you haven't read book 1, read that before reading this. -- Vizor's gone. Everyone spared from his wrath is safe, and finally there's peace. It's been three months since the evil demon's death, and everything's going great. Or so everyone thinks... Dusk is unsure whether his father is gone entirely. He of all people would know his true power. And his suspicions are confirmed when another murder pops up. With a chance to save his possessed friend, Akik finds a way to bring the gang to his home planet - Xero. There, he knew someone that could help. But tensions are high. The Demon-Angel war has still raged on in Akik's absence, and his Xeronian friends are worried. It's been over a year since the return date of Akik's mission, so most everyone believes he's dead. So... what now? ----------- This story contains themes relating to blood/gore, demons, war, trauma, death, and (slight) insanity. If these themes bother you, I suggest you be careful reading this story. There are Blazafor1 ships in this story (though I refer to it as Blakik because.... Well, you get it if you read book 1). Not too crazy in the beginning, and it also has nothing to do with the Mature rating on this story. Though if you are uncomfortable with ships such as this, I once again suggest you be careful reading this story. Unbroken: Emperor in Exile

19 parts Complete

A creature crashlands on a strange planet with no recollection of where and who he is. In the coming days, his identity returns to him through flashbacks. He is a clone. A clone of the emperor of the known universe. And he is worthless. Cast aside for a defect in his cloning, he was sent to die on the front lines. Miraculously, this clone discovered a way to escape to a long forgotten planet called Etheria. With an undying thirst to prove himself, he vows to bring the light to this planet and conquer it in the name of the Horde. Only then can he be worthy enough to stand by his lord once again. This is the story of Hordak, a clone of the Horde empire. This is the story of the one who gave himself a name, built an empire, and even made a friend. Will Hordak be able to prove himself worthy? Will he be able to see past the defect in him and learn the truth? Or is he destined to be the villain he was made to be? Book 1 in the Unbroken trilogy ***** I am very much aware that "She-Ra and the Princesses of Power" is a TV series created by Dreamworks, but "Unbroken: Empire in Exile" is an original telling of Hordak's story by Fireblaze72.
