Dear Minx,
6 months. Wow. 6 months since I've met you, and yet it only felt like yesterday. I can remember it clearly. I was streaming me cooking some pancakes, you joined, and we connected in an instant. I didn't have Discord or Snapchat or really anything at the time, I was a small streamer trying to get by. Then you asked for a way to talk to me, and I gave you my email. Weird, huh? You didn't think that. Atleast I don't think so. You used to email me daily anyway, so I would assume not. People on the stream always ask me what they think a core memory of mine would be, and I think it would be that. The first time we met. Another would be when we met up in person in Ireland.
Remember when I brought my tarot cards and you would always laugh with me when I said literally any joke? That was fun. Maybe that's a core memory too.. you never know. All those times we've talked could be a core memory if you think about it. I guess you can't really think anymore though, considering you're dead.
Sincerely,
Venus.
!!THIS IS AN EMAILFIC!! for those unfamiliar, this is similar to a chatfic but with emails. if you are still confused, you'll catch on as i update the story!!

"You're different from what I expected," she said softly.
"How so?" he asked, glancing at her.
"I don't know," she replied, searching for the right words. "You just... have this way of making people feel like they matter. Even here, in this... nightmare."
He was quiet for a moment before responding. "You matter, Y/n. Don't forget that."
