Jotora is interested in this town called "Morioh" after a mysterious Killer goes wild by only leaving fingers behind his tracks. Jotaro needs Jotoras help tracking this killer down. Not only is he dangerous but can Slow down, Speed Up time at its will and with the power to change the Reality's. Jotora will risk everything he has to stop the killer and save the town of his dreams.
