Her favorite cousin gifts her with a Good Guy doll, and from that, strange events have been happening. Her life tears apart as she is blamed for some childish things, or more deadly things... As she becomes acquainted with this ruthless monster, her sweet, timid, and caring nature is tested to the limits. How can Mabel possibly learn to love a killer doll?
