For starters, I would like to say that I do not own death note or any of the characters within throughout this story unless I am to make up my own characters along the way, and of course I do not own you.

Next, all the pictures and/or videos I put in this story are also not mine.

Lastly, there may be some spicy scenes such as slight NSFW or maybe even LEMON and there are also scenes of which may include a TW for those who need it.
