when cara montegomery begins her summer at a new camp, she isn't welcome. she's awkward. she's a newbie. no one will talk to her at all. but then she meets someone and they instantly hit it off. it's like they are connected somehow, like they've always known each other but cara just can't put her finger on it. when things begin to get hectic cara is put into some difficult situations. as long as she has her friend by her side she'll be alright. but her friend may be gone sooner than you think.
