Having spent most of her life imprisoned in a tower, (unlike everybody else who roamed free in the apparent utopia), waiting for the day when she will be forced to bare the future kings child, Seventeen- almost eighteen year old Adira hasn't had it easy, so after careful planning, she along with the queens children make a run for it, escaping the monarch's tyrannical rule and running to the one place that will be safe- beyond the wall; but danger still lurks, and Adira's destiny is inevitable, but is there any chance that fate might just change?

Throw in a group of other rebels with a handsome yet brooding leader, a steamy connection with a charming prince, and a bunch of wild prophecies, things are about to get messy, real quick.
