Louis being an art major and Harry being a music major, both lead to heading to Manchester University to follow their dream course. When they both get involved in one of the biggest train crashes in England, Louis and Harry are being put together in hospital room 28. Doctors think that being put together in a room would help them recover faster, so that they can still follow their dream of becoming an artist.
