Y/n L/n, an 18 year old teenager who usually wore a cold and rude demeanour towards everyone she encountered. In the public library of NYC, she encountered a certain blonde and slowly started seeing him as a friend which she resented at first. After sticking up together with each other as moral support and acquaintances, they realise they have more things in common other than being book nerds and friends. The fact they're somehow both connected to the Corsican Mafia doesn't go unnoticed either and they plot a revenge against their enemy. ___________ ⚠️TW: suicide, rape, depression ⚠️ (I'll be talking about bitter subjects like these in my book, the consequences off the events that played in Ash's and y/n's life since banana fish isn't exactly a happy show.) This book is based on Banana Fish, so I'll assume you're reading this after watching the show. So I don't own the characters nor the main story plot. Everything is now over and everything will be back to normal. That should go for all who suffered the long time of war and pain, wins and losses, gains and loses. But Eiji is an exception. It's now time to return to his homeland, Japan. He feels a void in his heart as he boards the plane and he knows very well what can fill that void. It's that person he shared all his pains with. The only person he can't bear to lose, the only person he desires to see before he leaves. But he can't turn back now. He's made up his mind and he knows what he's doing is for the best. "Eiji." A voice rings in his ears. He knows that voice. He knows who called him and he listens to it. "I'm sorry Ibe-san but I'm going down." He doesn't want to leave and regret this for the rest of his life. He needs to see Ash right now. He needs to be with him. So he makes a decision and takes the risk. But, did he make the right choice? Or did he make a choice that will make him want to reset time and wish he never went off the plane?

But after all this time, he is born back into the world for a second chance with something he can't quite remember, he doesn't even know what or who he's looking for, all Eiji can remember are bright emerald green eyes and the state of New York. Who is the boy with bright green eyes? He doesn't know, but he needs to find him, he needs to remember the past of a life he lived so long ago. So Eiji attempts to find the remains of the past that happened so long ago, including a blond boy with bright green eyes named Ash Lynx.
