Minecraft Story Mode 3: Bonds of Collision is a fanmade third season of the franchise, and a crossover between that and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. The story consists of adventurers Jesse, Petra, Lukas, Radar, and others bonding with mysterious creatures unlike any other that they've seen; Pokemon. During theirs and the Pokemon's journey, they encounter new characters and old friends along the way, from an optimistic child with a curious fox, to nearly-forgotten loved ones, and to heartwarming reunions. What will become of the Pokemon, the adventurers, and their friendships with one another?
Note: Little to no characters or past events shown or mentioned in this crossover fanfiction are mine, as they belong to their rightful owners. Minecraft Story Mode, their characters, and all else belongs to TellTale Games/LCD Entertainment and Mojang Studios. Pokemon, including Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, their characters, and all else belongs to Nintendo, the Pokemon Company, GameFreak, and Spike Chunsoft.

But a corrupt minister has stolen the ultimate invention: the Artificial Pokémon, created 500 years ago. He plans to use its mysterious power to take control of this mechanical kingdom! Luckily the kingdom is now saved thanks to the humans Ash,Serena, Clemont, and Bonnie with the help Volcanion even though they despises human but the chaos in over. Or is it? Rocket In Another World
After decades of schemes and evil plans Team Rocket was finally able to take over the Kanto and Johto regions. After this success Giovanni declared the Viridian Empire and began a military build up to take over the rest of the world. The first phase of the plan was in motion, the plan to capture the Legendary Pokemon Mew. However the plan didn't go as plan and Mew blasted Team Rocket and their empire to a new world. Giovanni and Team Rocket will have to weather the new challenges that this new world brings. A Treeko, named Vine, joins soon after. Little did the Team know, Rose was on a mission of her own. She vaguely remembers she had a partner with her. And she's determined to find him again. But she doubts she will. Until... A Time Gear gets stolen. Then another. Then another. It is after the fourth Time Gear is stolen that the Team goes out to find The Thief. But when Rose comes face-to-face with him, suddenly she realizes something startling, that every time she sees The Thief, something goes off in her mind. Like, her memory. Then, suddenly, something terrible happens, and a Pokemon that was once a friend ends up being the real villain. A Pokémon Mystery Dungeon fanfic. Bandit was just a human boy before he woke up in this strange new world, without any memories of his life as a human to boot. Now he's a Nickit, which means others are suspicious of him because of the reputation Nickit have for thievery in the area. He quickly finds himself in a tough spot upon entering this world, before he is rescued by a Vulpix who very soon starts crushing on him. He finds a home in a nearby village, gets settled in, and starts going to school, but trouble always finds a way of reaching him one way or another. No matter how comfortable he gets, he can't get around all these questions. Who was he before he became a Pokémon? How did he get here? Why can't he remember anything? The answers are bigger than he could have imagined.
