The Monkees continue to ride the unexpected wave of popularity into the late 1980s and try to turn their act from a novelty fad into an enduring comeback.  As always, real life challenges intervene and personality clashes cause friction among the group.  Will the Monkees family bond prove strong enough to hold the group together?  And will hearts broken and relationships torn asunder by infidelity once again be mended by the irresistible forces of the shared love and experience of these years of devotion?
