Some people might know me from my YouTube comments on various playlists, which I'm going to be compiling in this book. Most chapters are going to be between 500-1000 words, but an occasional longer or shorter one might pop up. Hope you enjoy!

Also, if things in these stories seem like they're coming up out of nowhere, let me know. 95% of the time I don't have a solid ending for this type of writing. Most of the time I'll go back and adjust for things, but if I don't just comment on it or something.

To Warm Frozen Fingers // A Short Story Collection by MidnightBeast1098

I like to write. As you may be able to tell. I haven't been very good at writing lately. As you may also have been able to tell. That's why I've decided to write a short story collection. The stories won't interlink, some may vary wildly and you might even wonder if they were written by the same person (the answer is yes). Overall, I'm aiming to write 23 stories, which was one per day for 23 days but I failed at that (*seethes* college work...) so now I'm just aiming to finish it before winter is over! The stories won't be very long - I'm only allowed to write for 10 minutes per story, just to get me going again (and literally warm my fingers, I get really really cold fingers for some reason) and the most I've ever written in that time is around 500 words. Hello and welcome to my second book! In this book I will be placing you (the reader) in different stories! If you happened to come across this book and find that you want to read it, by all means feel free to comment to guess which story you've been put in! I will be making them in parts so the beginning of one story will be named as "Story 1 - Part 1" And the beginning of another story would be named "Story 2 - Part 1" and etc etc... I will be keeping the titles so that others readers who might come across this will have the chance to guess the names of the stories, too. Though I will reveal the name of the show or movie that was written at the end. Btw, each character will have a different hobby to make it a little more interesting. (FYI, there will be some stories with mature content and then some stories that might be considered completely childish.) NOTE: Please refrain from placing your answer in the comments during the story. I will be putting a little section in the story where you (again, the reader) can put your answer. I don't not own the characters in the story that you may recognise. I only own (Y/n). If there is another character that I own in the stories, I will mention that. P.S. This is my challenge to myself to get better and more consistent at writing daily. Rules I will upload a part to a story every day. Some stories will be shorter than others and some may continue over multiple days, but I will upload everyday, no matter the quality. Consistency over perfection. Important Some might be good, some might be horrible. Good thing I'm doing this for me and not for you. I'd be grateful for any feedback though, I have a lot to learn.

Also I don't know when I'm gonna update this, it's just kind of when I want to. Each chapter is a different story and I'll post these between posting chapters of my main stories. And a TW for anyone who is sensitive to violence or anything scary. Not all of the stories are like this, but a lot of them are probably gonna be pretty messed up. (lol) A lot of these stories is just to get ideas out of my head and it will probably never be completed. Each story is different and there is no real pattern or anything, its just all random. Over the Wall: A Collection of Short Stories (NaNoWriMo 2014) by emmernemmer

This year for NaNoWriMo, I am writing a short story anthology. It will feature thirty or so short stories (my hope is to write one per day to fulfill my 1,667 per day word requirement) about varying things. Each morning, I will randomly select a number between one and thirty and I will look at the corresponding list of first lines I will have. I will take that line and write a short story using it and then the next day I will do the process over again (some stories might relate to each other, some might not). Anyway I will edit the story for that day and post it here. It may not be posted exactly on the corresponding day, but in the end there will be thirty short stories. P.S. Although these are somewhat edited they are still rough drafts so please treat them as such.

I've decided to finally start posting some of my writings, so this is where I will place the stuff that is too short to warrant it's own book. It will be filled with completely random stuff, so you never know what you will find here. Some will be old stories I wrote years ago and some will be newly written, some super short and some rather long. It all depends on how inspired I was while writing it.
