After much neglect and bullying from his so-called "family and friends," a quirkless Izuku finds himself in the hands of the LOV(League of Villains) as a new test subject. Will he be able to escape? If so what then?
If you are wondering what the rankings for Izumomo and Izuku x Momo are that was the original ship for this story but I decided to change it.
I own nothing but the storyline.

Izuku Yagi, everyone's second choice. To most he was nothing more than a disappointment and painful reminder of rape. He was always tossed aside for his sister, everyone's favorite. But, he was fine with it, at least he had it better than some kids, that changed at 4. Diagnosed quirkless, family and friends began to abuse and neglect him, yet he still had a smile on his face, with the hope of being a hero. Sadly the fates were cruel to the boy. He, along with his sister were kidnapped and a choice was given to the heroes. Save Izumi or him, a quirkless and abused boy whose name they did not know. In the end the choice was given to All Might who chose his baby girl. The villains than revealed 2 things, the boy was a distraught Izuku and the villain behind everything was All For One. At four years old, Izuku Yagi is diagnosed as quirkless while his twin sister Izumi has powerful telekinesis. It is also when he's four years old that his parents start to forget about him. But that won't stop him from achieving his dream of becoming a hero. Nothing will. Not being forgotten by his parents. Not being beat by his sister and childhood friend near daily. After all, All Might says that anyone can be a hero. "It's nice to have a dream, but keep it realistic." Abandoned once again, this time with his dream crushed, he takes his childhood friend's advice. 'Take a swan dive off the roof and pray for a quirk in your next life!' The only problem? Join us as we follow the story of a neglected Izuku Yagi the son of Toshinori Yagi (All Might) and Inko Yagi (Prism) who is the brother of Izumi Yagi. Falsely diagnosed as quirkless due to a lab error Iuku Yagi spends the first 6 years after the age of 4 being bullied and tormented by his friends and sister and neglected by his family who spends more time on his sister Izumi Yagi. However, soon Izuku shall meet a man that will change his life for the better as Izuku will discover that he wasn't ever quirkless. As such, Izuku shall rise to fame and power as the Hero of Reliance: Atlas.
